1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age for purchasing nicotine products in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. You must not be purchasing on behalf of anyone under that age. We may ask for proof of age at any time and may cancel an order if it cannot be verified.
2. Products and descriptions
Product images are illustrative. Packaging, colours and device design may change between production batches. Nicotine strength, puff count and coil specification are provided by the manufacturer and are approximate. Nothing on this site is a medical claim or a smoking-cessation claim.
3. Orders and pricing
- This website does not process payments. An order becomes binding only when our team confirms stock, shipping cost and total in writing.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties and local taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, where the destination prohibits nicotine imports, or where we suspect fraud or underage purchase.
4. Shipping, duties and customs
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties, VAT and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility. If a parcel is seized or destroyed by customs because the destination restricts nicotine products, we cannot refund it. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns and refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened nicotine products cannot be returned. Faulty devices are covered as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell to minors, not to use this site for unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Health notice
Nicotine is highly addictive. These products are intended for adult smokers and existing vapers only, not for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with cardiovascular conditions. Keep devices and e-liquid away from children and pets.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
